SLEEPS 9 DOGS WELCOME This dog friendly vacation retreat is large enough for 2 families to share with lots of outdoor space and a fenced yard. Fishing with friends? There is plenty of parking for 4 autos and room to bring your boat. Centrally located, this house is a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and is in the golf cart approved driving area. So, leave your car and your cares behind and come enjoy the Tree House. NO SMOKING STR 200033356 NO EXTRA FEES (unless you bring a Dog) Living Area The open floor plan living room has a large comfy sectional couch and a few chairs to lounge around in while you watch the big screen TV. The couch has a sleeper sofa tucked away for extra guests. There is also plenty of books and games to keep everyone entertained. The dining area and kitchen also share this space. FREE WIFI Bedrooms The first 2 bedrooms are down the hallway from the front door. The kid’s room has 2 twin beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a futon for a family to share. The 3rd bedroom is separated by the kitchen and is on the other side of the house, making it more private. It has a queen-sized bed and a twin sized bed for a family to share. Each of the bedrooms has a flat panel TV. Bathrooms There are 2 full bathrooms, both with hallway access. The 1st bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located by the 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom has a stand-up shower and is located by the 3rd bedroom. There is also a toilet and a utility sink in the downstairs laundry room. Kitchen This kitchen is raised and overlooks the living room for a very open feel. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here and be a part of the action at the same time. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There are 2 dining tables to seat everyone and a breakfast bar with stools for additional seating. Outdoors This property does not have a swimming pool; however, the City of Port Aransas has a great public pool open 6 days a week only a mile away. After a day in the sun, relax in the hammocks in the shade under the house while you grill out dinner, or chill out on the upstairs sun deck overlooking the backyard. The yard is completely fenced for your doggies and kiddos enjoyment. There is also a toilet and a utility sink in the downstairs laundry room with lots of storage space for your fishing equipment and beach stuff. Parking There is lots of parking, including boat parking. The concrete drive can fit 4 automobiles.
